Jneya Foundation was officially registered on June 30, 2022 under the Companies Act 2013 Section 8 in Karnataka. This organization is registered with various government bodies such as MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs), MSME, Darpana Niti Ayoga, and ISO9001:2015. Additionally, it has received accreditation from IAF (International Accreditation Forum). Jneya! is located in Nandolli, Yellapur, Uttara Kannada, Karnataka, but operates throughout India via online platforms.

The Jneya Foundation was founded by Mrs. Nanda Gaonkar, with Mr. Ramachandra Baht and Mr. Subrahmanya G serving as co-directors of the organization.
